This stage of the home buying process has the ability to causes first timers the most stress. You’ve got a pre-approval in place and you now you’ve found your ideal first home! Once you write an offer, we now have to satisfy lender conditions in a very short period of time. This is go time, and I’ve got you covered.
STEP FOUR
You're a Homeowner
Once your offer has been accepted and we’ve satisfied lender conditions, congratulations are in order, because you’re a homeowner. Your legal and real estate professionals will iron out all the final details for when possession day comes. From there if you’ve got questions in the years to come, I’m always here for you!
